Nintendo officially announced their new “Fire Emblem” game, subtitled “Three Houses.”

The new title features stunning 3D graphics, dialogue options, and larger scale combat than ever before with units being accompanied in battle cinematics by many assisting soldiers in the style of “Advance Wars.”

Unfortunately for dedicated fans, the hotly anticipated title will not launch in 2018, as was expected, but will instead launch in Spring 2019. The lack of a firm release date might worry some, but after seeing gameplay the delay is probably due to the increase in visual fidelity that accompanies the first shift to 3D for the series since the Nintendo GameCube.

More information is expected at a later date, but in the meantime feel free to watch Nintendo’s official trailer.
