Nintendo Switch Surpasses Four Million Units Sold in Japan

With the Nintendo Switch selling 52,000 units last week in Japan, the hybrid console has now surpassed four million units sold in its origin country.

Nintendo’s latest console has reached this number 56 weeks since its launch and is on similar pace with the Wii’s record breaking sales (exceeding four million units sold 54 weeks since its launch).

In Japan, the Switch is now on record to have sold a whopping 4,037,144 units.
